To celebrate the upcoming festivals, the garden department of the Shenyang Urban Management Comprehensive Administration and Law Enforcement Bureau is replacing flowers along streets and squares, including Qingnian Street, Beiling Street, and Renmin Square, with 27 million new flowers to be planted.
