Hunhe River

In the vast waters of the Hunhe River in Shenyang,a large number of migratory birds gather.Mallards, ruddy shelducks ,swan geese, herons,egrets and other rare birds can be seen here.

The Dongling section of the Hunhe River welcomed a group of very rare guests—over 20 oriental white storks.The oriental white stork is a national first-class protected animal and is dubbed "the panda of birds".

With the continuous enhancement of the ecological environment,the water quality and wetland environment of the Hunhe River in Shenyang has been greatly improved to make the place an ideal habitat for rare birds such as oriental white stork.

Wolong Lake

The Wolong Lake in Kangping County, Shenyang,also welcomed a large number of migratory birds to spend the winter in southern regions.The flocks of migratory birds bring a burst of life to the Wolong Lake.

The suitable temperature and humidity and the abundant food resources make the Wolong Lake an ideal habitat for tens of thousands of wetland waterfowls.
