This year, Shenyang will focus on building a National Central City to launch the Fourth Ring Expressway upgrading project, and continue to build six expressways, including Yuanjiang Street, Changqing Street and Nanyanghu Street. Shenyang will accelerate the construction of the Shenyang-Changbaishan High-speed Railway and the relocation of the Shenyang-Dandong Railway, and start the projects of the eastern extension of Metro Line 9 project and the southern section of Metro Line 10 project.
