In mid-March each year, Shenyang Faku Badger Cave National Wetland Park welcomes white cranes, national first-class protected animal, and a batch of migratory birds, to stop over and forage here. Currently, Faku Badger Cave National Wetland Park is experiencing a peak migration period for migratory birds, with over 300 transient white cranes, over 20,000 wild geese, over 8,000 gulls, and around 18,000 ducks.

Faku County has set up a special protection station to strengthen patrol work to ensure the safe migration of white cranes and other birds.
