Today,the Campus Epidemic Prevention and Control Group of the Shenyang Headquarters for COVID-19 Epidemic Prevention and Control issued the "Notice on the Opening Time of 2022 Autumn Semester for Schools at All Levels and Types in Shenyang":

In view of the current needs of epidemic prevention and control,the city's primary and secondary schools(including secondary vocational schools)shall postpone back to school and start to implement online teaching from September 1(Thursday).

The specific time for back to school will be determined after the epidemic is under control and on the premise that the safety of faculty and students is effectively guaranteed.

Colleges and universities stationed in Shenyang shall submit the epidemic prevention and control plan for the opening of the school to the territorial headquarters for COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control for approval 10 days before the students return to school.

The school opening work plan and territorial approval opinions should be reported to the Educational Department of Liaoning Province.

After approval,the school can organize students to return to school in batches and orderly from September 1.

Other epidemic prevention and control work in secondary vocational schools shall be implemented in accordance with the requirements of the colleges and universities stationed in Shenyang.

The epidemic prevention and control plan and the school opening work plan shall be submitted to territorial headquarters for COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control for approval.

After approval,the situation shall be reported to the Municipal Campus Epidemic Prevention and Control Group(Shenyang Education Bureau)for record in the unit of districts and counties(cities).
