Liaoning is an important granary of China, and Shenyang Agricultural University is a well-known institution of agricultural education.Christiana, a student from the Democratic Republic of the Congo, came to Shenyang to study in order to keep the people in her home away from starvation.

April 20th is Grain Rain in the Chinese lunar calendar,which is a critical time for farming.

Christiana followed her instructor to research and study in the main grain producing area in Northeast China.She was deeply impressed by the local village revitalization practice.

She said: "No farmer, no agriculture, no future. And I believe the experience we have in China can help me to get people in my country out of starvation."

Earlier this year, China and the Democratic Republic of the Congo signed a Memorandum of Understanding on the Belt and Road Initiative.China will continue to support Africa in developing agriculture and jointly build a community of shared future for mankind.
