A group of young people holding a banner to have a group photo taken caught the attention of passersby in front of the Liyuan Theater on the evening of February 22. They are college students from various universities across the country who came to Shenyang for a study trip during the winter vacation. In a while, they would watch the large-scale cultural performance "Shenyang Impressions" in the Liyuan Theater.

This event is one of "Sunlit Warmth Amidst Snow: Talent's Winter Trip to Shenyang" serial activities organized by Shenyang Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security. It aims at letting college students who return to Shenyang for the winter vacation as well as those from other places to Shenyang fully experience the unique charm of the city.

"Do you know that? The new talent policy launched by Shenyang involves comprehensive subsidies of CNY 160,000, CNY 80,000, and CNY 40,000 for doctoral, master's, and undergraduate graduates respectively."

"I just heard of from the news today that the people who come to Shenyang for seeking employment can live in talent station up for 15 days."

Before watching the performance, the students talked about the 2024 version of the "Talent Project of Revitalizing Shenyang" that was just released. They said that the "Talent Project of Revitalizing Shenyang" provides a broad stage for talents who long to develop in Shenyang to showcase their abilities and achieve their dreams.
