On November 9, the 2nd Joint Conference and Signing Ceremony for the Construction of an Integrated Service Platform for Housing Provident Fund in Shenyang Modern Metropolitan Area was held in Shenyang, marking a new chapter in the cooperation among the eight cities in the field of housing provident fund in Shenyang Modern Metropolitan Area.

At the conference, the housing provident fund management centers of Shenyang, Anshan, Fushun, Benxi, Fuxin, Liaoyang, Tieling and Chaoyang, jointly signed the "Cooperation Agreement on the Construction of an Integrated Service Platform for Housing Provident Fund in Shenyang Modern Metropolitan Area" and the "Cooperation Agreement on Remote Deduction for Overdue Loan of Housing Provident Fund in Shenyang Modern Metropolitan Area".

So far, Shenyang Modern Metropolitan Area has launched the cross-city processing for 32 high-frequency services within the area to continuously enhance the overall efficiency of regional development, and create a new service situation of policy interaction, service mutual learning, system interoperability and credit mutual recognition.

In November 2022, the housing provident fund centers of the eight cities jointly signed the "Framework Agreement on Integrated Cooperation of Housing Provident Fund in Shenyang Modern Metropolitan Area", and determined the first batch of the cross-city processing for 27 services and canceled the registered residence certification requirements required for the remote housing purchase.

Over the past year, the centers have closely cooperated and worked together, and the integrated cooperation of housing provident fund in Shenyang Modern Metropolitan Area has achieved preliminary results.The regional cooperation of housing provident fund has provided more powerful supports for the cross-regional flow of talents, economic and social development and ensuring access to housing for depositors.
