Shenyang will hold the "2023 Shenyang'golden September and silver October' Home Purchase Activity" from September 15 to October 6.

The home purchase activity will adopt a linkage form of "online viewing and offline purchasing".

Homebuyers can log in to the "Yiju Shengjing" WeChat applet or log in to the "Shenyang Housing Transaction and Leasing Service Platform" (http://zlpt.fcj.shenyang.gov.cn) starting from September 15, click on the column and check the development enterprise's activity and the real estate information. During the home purchase activity, the sales offices of each participating project will provide displaying, home viewing experience, organizing signing and other services.

In order to provide better preferential for homebuyers,the Shenyang Municipal Government will issue home purchase coupons.

✔ According to the chronological order of home purchase registration, the first 3,000 eligible homebuyers who purchase homes in the urban nine districts of Shenyang will be issued with a home purchase coupon worth CNY 10,000 per home, and subsequent homebuyers will be issued with a home purchase coupon worth CNY 5,000 per home.

✔ According to the chronological order of home purchase registration, the first 100 eligible homebuyers who purchase homes in Liaozhong District, Xinmin City, Faku County and Kangping County will be issued with a  home purchase coupon worth CNY 10,000 per home,and subsequent homebuyers will be issued with a home purchase coupon worth CNY 5,000 per home.

The above-mentioned purchase coupons are intended for consumption in the decoration companies or home appliance sellers participating in this activity. The validity period of the purchase coupons is one year, and it is invalid upon expiration.
