Good news!In order to further promote development,benefit people's livelihoods and promote revitalization,as well as do well in implementing "comfortable employment",Shenyang has recently sorted out the first batch of "List of Shenyang Implementing,Optimizing and Adjusting the Policy Measures on Stabilizing Employment".The "List" includes 21 items and the fund of about CNY 1.32 billion is involved according to preliminary calculation.

The "List" highlights four aspects with stabilizing employment as the entry point.

Firstly, in terms of supporting market entities to maintain jobs and guarantee employment, six items of unemployment insurance refunds, one-time absorbing employment subsidy, one-time post expansion subsidy, absorbing-employment post subsidy, new-typed apprenticeship training subsidy and unemployment insurance skill improvement subsidy are included.

Secondly, in terms of promoting employment and entrepreneurship among college graduates and other young people, four items of enterprise internship subsidy, first house-purchase subsidy for college graduates in Shenyang, social insurance subsidy for enterprises (units) to accept college graduates and employment, entrepreneurship and living subsidy for college graduates are included.

Thirdly, in terms of expanding employment capacity, nine items of individual entrepreneurship guaranteed loan qualification recognition, small and micro enterprise entrepreneurship guaranteed loan qualification recognition, entrepreneurship incubation base operation subsidy, one-time rating reward for entrepreneurship incubation bases, social insurance subsidy for entrepreneurship leaders, entrepreneurship site subsidy for graduates, one-time entrepreneurship subsidy for college graduates, entrepreneurship training subsidy and flexible employment social insurance subsidy for college graduates are included.

Fourthly, in terms of securing the bottom line of people's livelihood, two items of one-time job hunting and entrepreneurship subsidy and flexible employment social insurance subsidy for people with employment difficulties are involved.
