On July 5,the government of Shenbei New District released a series of preferential policies on rental subsidies to show full sincerity to all kinds of talents.

Shenyang Huishan Elite Community is led by the government of Shenbei New District, and developed, constructed and operated by Shenyang Huishan Economic Development Group Co., Ltd. It aims to create a new-generation comprehensive large youth community.

The total investment of the elite community is about CNY 360 million.There are 1,241 hardcover apartments with the building area of approximately 20-70 square meters.The apartments are equipped with independent bathroom, water heater, washing machine, air conditioning, etc. The function supporting upgrade service area is about 3,000 square meters. It will be officially put into use in mid to late July of this year.

Policy One

★Rent subsidy for fresh undergraduate graduates

Graduates with a full-time undergraduate degree or above who reside in the elite community are eligible for a rent subsidy policy of 3-month rent amount. The subsidy can be enjoyed by those who sign a lease contract for 1 year or more.

Policy Two

★Rent subsidy for master degree students and PHD holders working in Shenbei New District

For talents under the age of 45, those meet the conditions below can enjoy the Shenbei rental subsidy policy with their graduation certificates, degree certificates, social security payment certificates, entrepreneurship certificates and project lease contracts: obtain employment, start a business and pay social insurance in Shenbei New District; sign a lease contract with the elite community for over one year. Master degree students can enjoy a monthly rental subsidy of CNY 200, and PHD holders can enjoy a monthly rental subsidy of CNY 500, with a subsidy period of 3 years.
