Subsidy standards

Individual consumers (registered residence is not limited), who purchase new cars from auto sales enterprises included in the statistical system above the limit in the relevant areas of Shenyang, can apply for Shenyang auto consumption subsides. Specific categories are as follows:

✔First, if the total amount of invoice price and tax of a new car is CNY 50,000 (inclusive) to CNY 100,000 (inclusive),the auto consumption subsidy of CNY 2,000 will be issued.

✔Second, if the total amount of invoice price and tax of a new car is CNY 100,000 (inclusive) to CNY 200,000 (inclusive), the auto consumption subsidy of CNY 3,000 will be issued.

✔Third, if the total amount of invoice price and tax of a new car exceeds CNY 200,000 (excluding), the auto consumption subsidy of CNY 4,000 will be issued.

✔On the basis of the above subsidies, an additional auto consumption subsidy of CNY 1,000 will be issued for the purchase of new energy vehicles.

Application method

The auto consumption subsidies will be applied for and issued through the UnionPay "Quick Pass" platform. After purchasing a new car, individual consumers can upload the purchase invoice, the photos of their ID cards and other materials for review. After being approved by the UnionPay "Quick Pass" platform, the subsidy funds will be issued to the individual UnionPay "Quick Pass" account of the same name in the form of red envelope within 7 working days.
