Recently,the Office of Shenyang Municipal People's Government issued A Number of Policies for Promoting the Development of Digital Economy Industry in Shenyang to accelerate the realization of high-quality development of digital economy.

Shenyang will promote the development of digital industrialization.For enterprises in the fields of big data,artificial intelligence,software,services,and digital cultural and creative industries,for those who obtained independent intellectual property rights of software products and whose sales reached more than 2 million RMB Yuan last year,the preferential subsidy will be given at no more than 10 percent of the actual sales of the products in the current year.Each enterprise can declare more than one product,each product is limited to one declaration,the maximum subsidy per enterprise does not exceed 1 million RMB Yuan.For the industrialization projects of hardware products such as mobile communication,Internet of Things and intelligent equipment,integrated circuits,robots and intelligent manufacturing,the subsidy will be given not to exceed 10 percent of the actual new fixed asset investment in the current year,with a maximum of 10 million RMB Yuan.

In terms of accelerating the digital transformation of the industry,Shenyang will subsidize the projects using digital technology in general machinery and equipment and other"five old"and"three original"industries such as petrochemical industry according to the measures of no more than 10 percent of the actual investment completed in the year of the project and no more than 10 million RMB Yuan.

In addition,around promoting the development of data resources,strengthening the construction of new digital infrastructure,supporting the opening of digital economy application scenarios,and creating an environment for the development of the digital economy industry,Shenyang supports enterprises and institutions to build data service platforms and gives appropriate subsidies.Shenyang encourages leading enterprises(industry head enterprises,hidden champion enterprises)at home and abroad to create municipal industrial innovation centers in the field of big data and other digital economy.The digital transformation promotion center built by the city's research institutes,universities and colleges,and backbone enterprises will be awarded 1 million RMB Yuan for being recognized at the national level and 500,000 RMB Yuan for being recognized at the provincial level.
