In October, the overall customs clearance time for imports was 38.98 hours, and the overall clearance time for exports was 0.67 hours, both less than the national average. Shenyang Customs District has added policy dividends, strengthened emergency customs clearance and disposal, and ensured the two-way operation of China Railway Express during the epidemic prevention and control period. The number of trains and the volume of goods delivered both increased against the trend. In the first ten months of this year, Shenyang Customs District supervised 270 China Railway Express trains and 28,522 boxes with an increase of 70.9 percent and 106.5 percent respectively.

Shenyang Customs District effectively ensures the import and export of medical supplies and bulk resource commodities during the epidemic prevention and control period, as well as the expedited clearance of livelihood supplies and the quality and safety supervision of outbound epidemic prevention and control supplies, and promoted the implementation of major decisions and plans made by the CPC Central Committee such as making sure stability in 6 key areas and effectively meeting 6 priorities.
