
Shenyang Metro has upgraded the ticket refund policy!
The ticket refund policy regarding the situation such as the passenger entering the station temporarily cancels the ride,and the passenger misses the last train,has been added.
The service rules are as follows:
Refund of an unused one-way ticket. After purchasing a one-way ticket and temporarily canceling the ride before entering the station, if the ticket has no entry record and the ticket card information can be read, the ticket can be refunded at the purchased station within 30 minutes (inclusive) of the sale.
The passenger who temporarily cancels the ride after entering the station can go to the get-in station to apply for the refund within 5 minutes (inclusive) of the entering.Ordinary one-way ticket whose ticket card information could be read will be collected at the station, and the passenger's cash will be refunded at the equivalent price.Shengjingtong card, QR code (including Shengjingtong, WeChat, Alipay, and Unionpay) will cancel the consumption record. The passengers will leave the station through the side door.
The passenger who misses the last train of the get-in station can apply for a refund at the get-in station on the same day.Ordinary one-way ticket whose ticket card information could be read will be collected at the station, and the passenger's cash will be refunded at the equivalent price.Shengjingtong card, QR code (including Shengjingtong, WeChat, Alipay, and Unionpay) will cancel the consumption record. The passengers will leave the station through the side door.
