According to the special work promotion meeting on urban governance convened by the municipal government on October 13, aiming at the two important urban management details of "road building" and "road sweeping" which are concerned by the public at present, Shenyang urban management system puts forward a series of related systems to guarantee. 

The municipal government requires that in addition to the metro and other large projects, the rest of the road excavation works must restore the road surface by the end of October. At the same time, the relevant departments will carry out pre-maintenance work to extend the life of the roads.
