According to Shenyang Association for Science and Technology on April 6, Shenyang Association for Science and Technology's 14th Five-Year Plan Action for Serving High-Quality Development has recently been issued. Around the three themes of science and technology innovation in China, science popularization in China and wisdom collection in China, the city's science and technology association system will carry out 23 "Shenyang Action".

Shenyang Action for Science and Technology Innovation China focuses on guiding various innovation factors and resources to gather in regions, industries and enterprises, promoting scientific and technological breakthroughs and the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and providing scientific and technological personnel support for innovation-driven development. 12 actions have been carried out, including assisting the construction of major scientific and technological innovation platforms and promoting the spirit of scientists. Among them, in promoting the construction of academician and expert workstations, Shenyang Association for Science and Technology will guide industry chain leading enterprises, industry cluster leading enterprises, science and technology small and medium-sized enterprises to establish academician workstations, expert workstations and migratory talent workstations, and support "young eagle enterprises", "gazelle enterprises", and "unicorn enterprises" to set up academician expert working contact points. During the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, the city aims to build 100 new academicians, expert workstations and contact points.

Through 7 actions, including the construction of the socialized science popularization work system, Shenyang Action of Popular Science in China adheres to carrying forward the scientific spirit, popularizing scientific knowledge, disseminating scientific ideas, advocating scientific methods, and building a cooperative socialized science popularization work pattern, so as to ensure that the scientific literacy level of the citizens in Shenyang will exceed 17.8 percent by 2025. Among them, in the action to deepen the popularization of science in the service of rural revitalization, the project to enhance the scientific quality of farmers will be implemented, and various kinds of science popularization activities such as Bringing Culture/Science and Technology/Hygienic Health to the Countryside, Health China Activity, medical treatment into the countryside will be carried out. They will do a good job in science popularization farmers benefiting projects such as the cloud classroom for poverty-alleviation, experts sending science and technology to the countryside, the demonstration of industrial revitalization, and the training of rural scientific and technological leaders.

The Shenyang Action of Wisdom Collection in China carries out 4 specific actions, such as establishing a science and technology innovation think tank collaborative, the construction of decision-making advisory topics and talent pool, etc., giving full play to the unique advantages of intellectual density, cross-discipline and extensive contact of the science and technology associations, gathering the wisdom and strength of the majority of science and technology workers, and serving the scientific decision-making of the Party committee and government with high-level science and technology innovation think tank consulting results. In terms of research on major topics of innovation-driven development, Shenyang Association for Science and Technology will carry out research on the development status of industrial science and technology around doing a good job in the "three big articles", focusing on the major science and technology issues in the construction of the national advanced manufacturing center and the comprehensive national science center, and carry out major science and technology special research.
