A total of 142 backstreet alleys in Shenyang City were selected for large and medium-sized renovation, and simultaneously implement the backstreet alley slow system to restore the independent right of slow traffic and ensure the safety and comfort of pedestrians and cyclists.

At present, the large and medium-sized renovation project of 142 backstreet alleys has begun the construction one after another.

In order to avoid digging the road again due to pipeline aging after the project is completed, before the project starts, Shenyang City has organized various pipeline property rights units to complete the old pipeline extraction work in advance.
