Shenyang starts to promote electronic driving licences!From October 20,electronic driving licences will be promoted in 110 cities,including Shenyang!

To ensure prompt and smooth issuance of electronic driving licences, 110 cities of the second batch will open application for electronic driving licences in staggered periods from October 20 to October 26.The electronic driving licences issued by above cities are valid nationwide.

Electronic driving licences will be issued on "Traffic Control 12123" App.Drivers in those cities can apply for electronic driving licences on "Traffic Control 12123" App according to given procedures.

It is worth mentioning that the driving licences of applicants shall be within their validity and the driver is not allowed to apply if his driving licence is detained, temporarily suspended, overdue or prohibited publicly, or his medical examination is overdue.
