In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the gas pipeline relocation construction on Gaoguantai Street, in accordance with the unified arrangements of Shenyang Municipal People's Government, it is decided that from December 28, 2021 to December 31, 2021, the section from Dongmao Road to Gongnong Road will be closed at night (22:00 to 5:00 the next day), and vehicles can take the detoure from the 1st Ring Road, the 2nd Ring Road Elevated Expressway and the 3rd Ring Road Expressway.
