Shenyang Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau Time Limited Parking Lot

The parking lot is located at No. 20 Tumen Road, Heping District, Shenyang. The parking lot is now open to the public, with a total of 61 parking spaces in operation.

Shared time: 18:00-8:00 the next day on weekdays. The parking lot is open all day on weekends and holidays. After weekends and holidays, the vehicle need to leave the parking lot before 8:00 on the first weekday.

Charging standard

✔ Daytime (7:00-19:00): CNY 1.5 for half an hour per small or medium vehicle, with a daily maximum price of CNY 15. CNY 3 for half an hour per large vehicle.

✔ Nighttime (19:00-7:00 the next day): CNY 5 each time per small or medium vehicle.

✔ Overtime parking vehicles will be charged three times of the normal rate price.

Parking Lot Project in the Olympic Sports Center Area (North)

The parking lot is located at No. 30 Hunnanzhong Road, Hunnan District, Shenyang, with a total of 50 above-ground parking spaces. The parking lot is now open to the public.

Charging standard

✔ Daytime (7:00-19:00): CNY 1.5 for half an hour for per small or medium vehicle, with a daily maximum price of CNY 15. CNY 3 for half an hour per large vehicle.

✔ Nighttime (19:00-7:00 the next day): CNY 5 each time per small or medium vehicle, and CNY 10 each time per large vehicle.

✔ Military vehicles are free of charge.

✔ Monthly payment service: CNY 200 for monthly payment service for full-day parking, including night time hours and holidays. CNY 100 for monthly payment service for nighttime parking, including 16:00-9:00 the next day on weekdays and all day on holidays.
