On March 2, China-Europe Freight Train (Shenyang) Assembly Center celebrated its first anniversary.

Since its inauguration in March 2023, the China-Europe Freight Train (Shenyang) Assembly Center relying on the Shenyang Puhe Logistics Base has built an 80,000-square-meter customs special supervision area and a digital information management system for stations, purchased multi-modal transportation and transfer facilities, and innovated its logistics development model.In the past year, a total of 776 freight train trips were handled, a year-on-year increase of 23.77%, the loaded container rate reached 100%, and the shipment volume ranked first in NE China and eighth in the country.

In addition, Liaozhong Customs has created the "Smart Eye Exploration" supervision micro innovation for the China-Europe freight train, and utilized the industrial endoscopes to solve the practical problem in checking high-rise container locks, which compresses the check time by about 93.3% and saves an average hoisting cost of CNY 1,000 per train. The customs has solved the practical problems in container inspection under special circumstances, such as difficulties in unstuffing and dipping processes, and the average inspection time has been compressed from 145 minutes to 40 minutes, greatly improving the customs supervision efficiency of China-Europe freight train containers.
