At present, the first batch of six three-dimensional composite parking buildings in Shenyang are under construction.

They are the 21st Century Building Parking Building,Software Park Parking Building,Baitahe 2nd Road Parking Building,Datonghu Street Parking Building,Jinshan Parking Building and Huimin Xinju Parking Building, all of which are expected to be put into use by the end of the year.

At the construction site of the 21st Century Building Parking Building Project in Hunnan District, various types of construction machinery run at full capacity, and the builders are busy with various construction operations. At present, the three-story construction of the main steel structure of the parking building has been completed. The main body is expected to be completed by the end of September, and then the decoration and equipment installation phase will be started.

The 21st Century Building Parking Building Project is the first integrated transfer hub project in China to utilize the space above the tram parking lot. After the project is completed, a transfer hub that integrates various transportation modes such as metro, tram, bus, social vehicle and non motorized vehicle will be formed. Moreover, the "fast" efficiency of the parking building will achieved, so that citizens can transfer to the nearby metro and tram after parking.

Except for the "integrated transfer", Shenyang adopts the "composite" concept in the construction of all six parking buildings, that is, the ground will serve as a bus parking lot, and multi-story car parking buildings will be built overground and underground.

It is understood that after the completion of the six parking buildings, 340 bus parking berths will be provided to meet the parking needs of more than 30 bus routes to further alleviate the problem of disturbance caused by bus road-occupying parking. At the same time, 4,559 new car parking berths will be provided to solve the shortage of parking spaces in these areas.
