Notice on Further Optimizing the Medical Treatment Process of Medical Institutions

All district and county (city) health bureaus and medical institutions under municipal registration and administration:

According to the current epidemic situation in Shenyang, in order to further optimize the medical treatment process and facilitate the public to see a doctor, from 0:00 on December 19, 2022, all medical institutions in Shenyang shall cancel the inspection of 48-hour negative nucleic acid testing result of patients, and strictly prohibit to shirk or delay treatment for any reason. If patients have tested positive for nucleic acid testing or antigen testing before medical treatment, please inform the staff when entering the medical institution.
