January 30, reporter learned from exit-entry administration department of Liaoning Provincial Public Security Bureau that: for the convenience concern, Liaoning police department launched multiple exit-entry convenience services during Spring Festival holiday for foreigners to experience folk customs of Northeast China.

People from 53 countries including Germany, the UK, the US and Japan with valid international travel documents and connected passenger tickets to a third country or region within 144 hours can choose to enter or exit Shenyang from Shenyang Taoxian International Airport or Dalian Zhoushuizi International Airport and enjoy a visa-free stay for 144 hours.

Before entry, foreigners who are not able to apply visa can stay for one month at most with port visa issued by the ports of Shenyang, Dalian, Yingkou and Dandong under certain circumstances, which is long enough to meet the demand of business visit, emergency maintenance and group tour.

Overseas Chinese who come to China (Liaoning) FTA and Shenyang Overall Innovation Reform Demonstration Zone to visit relatives, have business talks, host exchange activities of science, teaching, culture and health, and handle private business will be given 5-year multiple entry visa; overseas Chinese who need to stay in Liaoning to work, study, visit relatives and handle private business can be given 5-year residence permit.
