As the president of the Korean Society in Shenyang,Hwang spent a lot of time serving the Koreans who settled in Shenyang.Normally,Hwang often organizes members of the Korean Society in Shenyang to carry out charitable activities,sports and China-South Korea cultural exchange activities.
