On September 28,the press conference for the 2026 Northeast Asia (Shenyang) Conference on Exchange of Professionals (abbr. NACEP) and the Artificial Intelligence-Driven Industrial Development Conference was held.Shenyang unveiled a talent recruitment plan,warmly inviting global professionals to seek employment and start businesses in Shenyang.

The 2026 Northeast Asia (Shenyang) Conference on Exchange of Professionals and the Artificial Intelligence-Driven Industrial Development Conference will be held in Shenyang from October 16 to October 18, with 2,627 organizations offering 56,000 high-quality job opportunities to talents from home and abroad.

The conference focuses on areas such as talent recruitment for key fields, AI-driven industrial development, commercialization of scientific and technological achievements, cultivation of the OPC entrepreneurial ecosystem and high-quality employment opportunities for young talents, to establish an international platform for talent exchange.

The conference exudes a strong international flair. Among the 2,627 talent-recruiting organizations, there are both high-quality enterprises from Liaoning Province, Jilin Province, Heilongjiang Province and Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, as well as representative enterprises from 10 large and medium-sized domestic cities, including Beijing, Chengdu and Zhengzhou. For the first time, foreign-funded enterprises from countries including Russia, ROK and Japan, as well as enterprises from Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan, will utilize this platform to recruit professionals. 169 foreign-funded enterprises offer 523 job opportunities.

The conference will collaborate with People's Daily Online to release job recruitment information in 13 languages to over 30 countries worldwide, warmly welcoming international students to seek employment and start businesses in Shenyang. Out of the total 56,000 positions, 11,000 are open to international students, accounting for 19.6% of all positions, an increase of 8.3 percentage points compared with the previous session.
