The 3rd "Cheers, Shenyang!" Snowflake International Beer Carnival held at the Fengtian Factory Cultural and Creative Park at Lane 11, Zhaogongbei Street, Tiexi District, Shenyang, has been designated as an urban match-watching station for the NCFL and is open to the public.

The Linli Shenghuo Shopping Mall, located at No. 3 Xuefu Avenue, Liaohe Sub-district, Xinmin City, has been designated as a fan service station for the NCFL.
