Good news!The East Extension Line of Shenyang Metro Line 1 was put into operation on June 30,and it is now operated in conjunction with the existing Line 1.

Following the opening of the East Extension Line,the metro now connects scenic areas such as Dongling Park,Bird Island,and Shenyang Botanical Garden,enhancing the travel convenience within Shenyang.

The East Extension Line of Shenyang Metro Line 1 spans a total length of 16 kilometers and includes 10 stations.The stations,arranged from west to east,include Xinhuijie Station,Xinningjie Station,Dongdayingjie Station,Nongyedaxue Station,Qianling Station,Donglinggongyuan Station,Shuiquan Station,Boguanbeidajie Station,Zhiwuyuan Station,and Shuangma Station.

The "long and short routing" operation mode has been adopted.

Shenyang Metro has adopted the "long and short routing" operation mode for the first time.The Metro Line 1 is operated with a 1:1 ratio of long and short routing:the long routing runs from Shisanhaojie Station to Shuangma Station,and the short routing runs from Shisanhaojie Station to Dongdayingjie Station.

As the Metro Line 1 unveiled its new map,four wonderful activities were launched.

Activity 1:Seal Collecting

With the opening of the new line,seal collecting is a must.As always,you can bring your own handbook or other things to collect the seals.

Tips:The line commemorative seal can be collected at the Zhiwuyuan Station.

Customers purchasing the commemorative set card(1 set)for the East Extension Line of Metro Line 1 at Shengjingtong's designated sales locations may receive an exclusive seal-collecting card.The cards will be given out on a first-come,first-served basis due to the limited quantity.

Activity 2:Zhanzhan Bazaar

From June 30 to July 2,the Zhanzhan Bazaar will be held outside the Exit/Entrance A of the Zhiwuyuan Station.

The Zhanzhan Bazaar gathers creative handicrafts,distinctive delicacies,fun interactions,etc.Go to experience the lively and trendy atmosphere of the metro.

Activity 3:New Photogenic Scenarios

Here is a new route,new stations,new metro trains and new scenes.Come to explore your favorite spot and capture the most beautiful moment!

Activity 4:Commemorative Card

To celebrate the opening of the new line,the Shengjingtong Company launched a commemorative card.Come and collect this exclusive memory of the city!
