Good news!The communication systems were successfully connected for the East Extension Line of Shenyang Metro Line 1.

On February 9, following the successful completion of tests on official telephones, special telephones and wireless trunking communication, the communication and signaling project for the East Extension Line of Shenyang Metro Line 1 successfully achieved the milestone of "communication system connectivity".

The "communication system connectivity" is a crucial part of metro construction. The communication system is known as the "neural net" of the metro, which supports an integrated platform for voice, text, data and image transmission. It enables point-to-point communication between the control center, stations and sections, and handles key tasks such as train dispatching, operational information transfer and providing data channels for various systems.

The East Extension Line of Shenyang Metro Line 1, with a total length of 16 kilometers, starts from the section behind the existing Limingguangchang Station of Line 1 in the west and ends at Shuangma Station in the east, with 10 stations. The implementation of "communication system connectivity" ensures stable and reliable communication for equipment debugging, integrated joint debugging, and operational management, command and dispatch, and also lays a solid foundation for further construction of the East Extension Line of Shenyang Metro Line 1.
