Once completed, it will connect and offer convenient access to the northwest section of the Second Ring Road in Shenyang, the northwest section of Shenyang Ring Expressway and the Shenyang–Zhangwu Expressway. This will facilitate middle-distance and long-distance travels for the public in the Dingxianghu Area and the northwest area of Shenyang.
