The hot-sliding test of the Shenyang Metro Line 3 Western Part Project has been successfully completed.

On September 6, accompanied by a crisp whistle, the train for the hot-sliding test of Shenyang Metro Line 3 slowly returned to the BMW Depot. In warm cheers, hot-sliding test of the Shenyang Metro Line 3 Western Part Project has been successfully completed.

The hot-sliding test is a key test after the power supply of the overhead contact system. In the process of hot-sliding test, the metro train respectively runs back and forth in the section at low, medium and high speeds to conduct comprehensive train tests on traction power supply system, pantograph-contact line relation, signals, tracks and communication systems, to ensure that the train operates normally and meets the conditions for joint debugging and commissioning.

The successful completion of the hot-sliding test of the Shenyang Metro Line 3 Western Part Project has further advanced the goal of trial operation.
