The 2024 Senior High School Entrance Examination,known as the zhongkao,will be held from June 21 to 23.

In order to better serve the examinees and meet their travel needs,Shenyang will do its best to ensure transportation services.

Bus

During this year's zhongkao, examinees with their own valid documents such as admission card for entrance examination or student ID card can enjoy free service for buses charged by IC cards in the urban area. During the peak hours, the public transportation lines in Shenyang will implement the peak operation plan, reasonably increasing the number of departure buses and shortening the departure interval based on the actual passenger flow, so as to reduce the waiting time of the examinees and avoid the examinees being stranded.

Taxi

During the zhongkao, two emergency service taxis will be arranged at each examination site to provide transportation services. The taxis will enter and be stationed at the service points 1 hour before the examination and leave 30 minutes after the examination starts.

Metro

During the zhongkao (June 21 to June 23), examinees who hold this year's admission card for entrance examination or the copies can get "welfare tickets" at the passenger service center and take the metro accompanied by two family members for free. In order to enable examinees to pass the security check quickly, Shenyang Metro will set up "Examinee Priority" signs at security check points and provide priority security check.
