In order to further create a high-quality business environment, oriented towards facilitating and benefiting the people and aimed at improving the efficiency of real estate registration, Shenyang Municipal Bureau of Natural Resources and Shenyang Tax Service, State Administration of Taxation, have jointly built NE China's first self-service hall for real estate registration in Yuhong District.

The self-service hall is located on the fifth floor of Yuhong District Government Affairs Service Center, with two real estate comprehensive acceptance machines, two self-service tax payment machines, three self-service certification printing machines, and one real estate inquiry machine.

In addition, the self-service hall is also equipped with four professional service staff members to provide timely guidance and assistance to the masses in the difficulties and problems encountered in the process of self-service registration.

Here, people who handle the transfer registration of existing housing stock only need to perform identity authentication and complete the operation on the self-service machine with the assistance of the staff to complete the required business processing, truly experiencing the "one-stop" efficient and convenient registration service.
