On December 24, the 2022 China Securities Industry High Quality Development Forum and Northeast Building Economic Development Summit was held in Shenhe District, Shenyang.

On the day of the activity, Shenhe District was awarded the title of "Benchmark Urban Area of China Building Economy (Headquarters Economy)", marking a successful end to the development of building economy in Shenhe District in 2022.

At present, there are 129 high-quality buildings in Shenhe District, with a total investment of more than CNY 150 billion and a total construction area of nearly 10 million square meters.

Shenhe District has attracted many of the world's top 500 enterprises and China's top 500 enterprises to settle down and cultivated a number of high growth enterprises such as gazelle enterprise and unicorn enterprise, becoming the first choice for global enterprises to invest in Shenyang.

Taking the opportunity of being awarded the title of "Benchmark Urban Area of China Building Economy (Headquarters Economy)", Shenhe District will continue to promote the development of building clusterization, parkization, characteristics, digitalization and branding.

On the same day, Shenhe District also awarded 10 seven-star benchmark buildings, 10 gold medal demonstration buildings and 10 new engine featured buildings in the district, promoting the dislocation development and diversified development of regional building carriers.
