On the morning of September 19, with a whistle ringing, a China-Europe freight train, formed by 55 carriages and loaded with 1,130 tons of goods, departed from the China-Europe Freight Train (Shenyang) Assembly Center. The X8059 train will leave the country via the Manzhouli Port to its destination in Moscow, Russia.This is the 240th China-Europe freight train sent out after the Shenyang assembly center was put into operation.

At the departure site, a central media interview team consisting of People's Daily, Xinhua News Agency, Guangming Daily, Economic Daily and other central media, titled "Good Scenery on the Steel Silk Road, Front-line Trip to China-Europe Freight Train", witnessed this moment together.

This year marks the 10th anniversary of the Belt and Road Initiative. China-Europe freight train is a landmark achievement of high-quality joint construction of the Belt and Road.The interview organized by the Information Bureau of the Publicity Department of the Central Committee of the CPC has attracted widespread attention.In Liaoning Province, the interview team visited places including China Railway Shenyang Group Co., Ltd., China-Europe Freight Train (Shenyang) Assembly Center and China Medical University to learn about the operation of China-Europe freight train and the fruitful results of Liaoning's deep integration into the Belt and Road and high-quality opening up.
