As the golden autumn brings cool breezes and the fragrance of chrysanthemums fills the garden,it's once again time to admire chrysanthemums.

The 2026 Chrysanthemum Culture Week of the Shenyang Botanical Garden,which will run through the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day holidays,is about to kick off.

Over 600,000 chrysanthemums bloom to welcome visitors.

As the highlight of the Chrysanthemum Culture Week, the 26th Chrysanthemum Exhibition of the Shenyang Botanical Garden will open on September 25 and run until mid-October. This year's exhibition features over 600,000 chrysanthemums of various varieties and designs, located at the central axis of Phoenix Square at Gate 1, the area along the travel route in the Central Region Exhibition Garden, and the area around the Lily Tower.

Interactive performances and fun games take turns to be held.

From September 25 to September 27, a special traditional Chinese aesthetic garden party for the Mid-Autumn Festival will be held, featuring fun traditional folk games such as mooncake grabbing, arrow tossing, cuju and poetry quizzes. By participating in the challenges and collecting seals, visitors can win special gifts for the Mid-Autumn Festival.

From October 1 to October 7, a series of festive performances will take place for National Day celebrations. Along the central axis from Phoenix Square to Lily Tower, interactive ethnic performances will be staged, enabling visitors to enjoy captivating shows anytime and anywhere.

The popular night tour extends opening days.

The popular "Muguang Forest Night Tour" activity will last until October 7. Set against a natural forest environment, this immersive experience showcases the silhouette of forest plants and the natural state of light and shadow through technologies including light art, digital light and shadow and glass-free 3D visual effects, inviting you on an immersive micro-narrative forest night tour.
