Old factory gets a stunning new look!Deep within the bustling Sanhao Street in Heping District,an old factory building carrying eighty years of revolutionary history is about to unveil its mysterious veil.

The 7212 Cultural and Creative Park will open at the end of September.

The 7212 Cultural and Creative Park is a renovation project for the Northeast Printing Factory, gathering nearly 60 distinctive merchants. The park features diverse and complementary business models. Among them, an industrial-style high-end hotel fills the gap in the tourism accommodation, a 2,000-square-meter large fitness center meets the leisure needs of the citizens, characteristic theme restaurants enrich the consumption scenarios, and traditional brands such as the filigree enamel have also settled.

It is worth noting that the park also deeply explores the core of red culture and scientifically reconfigures the spatial functions. The park creates an exhibition hall which integrates the red printing history , a themed cultural and creative block, and a west square leisure market.
