"Shenyang Acrobatic Troupe is amazing!" On November 4,the results of the 14th China Art Festival and the 18th Wenhua Award evaluation were officially announced."Xiansheng",the historical theme acrobatic drama won the Wenhua Drama Award.

This acrobatic drama has become the only stage art work in Shenyang to win both the Best Works Award of the Publicity Department,CPC Central Committee and the Wenhua Drama Award,the two highest national awards,achieving a grand slam of peak honors.

The acrobatic drama "Xiansheng" takes the September 18th Incident in 1931 as its historical backdrop and is the first major work in China to vividly interpret a significant historical event through acrobatic language.The drama unfolds through nine chapters,including "The Call to Save the Nation","The Fall of the Homeland",and "Bloody Resistance Against the Enemy",starting with the secret meeting at Shenyang Railway Station to receive a special agent from Communist Party of China Central Committee.It artistically recreates the spirit of the Chinese nation standing up and fighting bravely in times of crisis.

The performance integrates over 30 classic acrobatic and magic techniques,ingeniously employing modern technological means such as convertible screens and panoramic LED walls to break the boundaries of traditional acrobatics.It constructs a multi-dimensional and stereoscopic historical scene where the real and the virtual coexist,enabling the audience to experience the powerful force of the red gene in an immersive setting.This achieves a perfect unity of ideological,artistic,and entertainment value.

As the only drama from Northeast China to enter the final round of evaluation and the only acrobatic drama to make it to the final round nationwide,"Xiansheng" has stood out among many excellent works with its unique artistic arrangement,exquisite and superb stage presentation,and profound and enduring ideological connotation.It has won high praise from both judges and audiences,demonstrating the innovative vitality and powerful charm of acrobatics in the new era,and setting a benchmark for the prosperous development of Chinese acrobatic dramas.
