This year's beer carnival is themed "Cool Snowflake, Happy Shenyang". Through the "1+13+100+N" model, it highlights the quality-oriented, internationalized, scenario-based and experience-oriented characteristics, continuously igniting the craze of the beer carnival.

For the "1+13+100+N" scenario model, the "1" refers to one main venue covering six distinctive scenarios such as the Dapeng Square, the indoor area of Shenyang K11 Select, the sky garden on the sixth floor of Shenyang K11 Select and the cruise area along the Hunhe River. The "13" refers to 13 sub-venues in ten districts, one county-level city and two counties, such as Heping District and Shenhe District, enabling citizens to experience the enthusiasm of the beer carnival right at their doorsteps. Additionally, there are 100 themed streets and numerous consumption scenarios.The overall event covers over 400,000 square meters. Citizens and tourists can choose the nearby venues according to their locations, to gain a refreshing summer experience.

The beer carnival will introduce the reservation system. Guests can make advance reservations, book seats, navigate to addresses, and scan QR codes for verification through the "Yiyou Shenyang" WeChat mini program. It is also linked with the Shenyang "Ran" Card, enabling guests to enjoy consumption discount benefits at the beer carnival.
