The 2025 Shenyang Cheongsam Cultural Season will be splendidly presented from May 21 to August 29.

The 2025 Shenyang Cheongsam Cultural Season, building on last year's six major sections of "Conference, Exhibition, Sales, Tour, Market and Show", incorporates the element of "Photography" to record the changes of time and the fine moments. This year's event made an innovation and introduced the "Extraordinary 6+1" model.

During the three-month event period, the 2025 Shenyang Cheongsam Cultural Season will showcase weekly highlights and monthly events. Over a hundred meticulously planned exciting activities will enable citizens and tourists to experience the prosperity of culture and the beauty of fashion of Shenyang as the "home of cheongsam".

The "Cheongsam Show—2025 Grand Cheongsam Ceremony" and the opening ceremony of Shenyang Cheongsam Cultural Season will be held on May 21.

The "Cheongsam Show" at the opening ceremony will present an aerial performance for the public at the Sculpture Park on the 6th floor of Shenyang K11 Select Art Mall on May 21, and will be broadcast simultaneously on the CMG Mobile App and their online platforms at 19:30 on May 25.

The entire show will last for 80 minutes. Over 20 renowned designers such as Deng Zhaoping, Tao Lei, Zhang Turan and Zhang Peng, will jointly present more than 110 cheongsam outfits, which will be showcased on stage by celebrities, professional models and citizens from Shenyang.

It is worth mentioning that Qian Xiaoping, a 86-year-old representative inheritor of intangible cultural heritage, will take the stage to showcase the Song brocade weaving skills. Professional women from Shenyang, such as teachers, drivers, rescue team leaders and athletes, will interpret the diverse values of the cheongsam as a national dress for all.
