Recently,the 2025 "Hello, Shenyang" Japan-ROK Tourism Year Series of Events—Shenyang Tourism Promotion Event (Seoul) was held in Seoul, the ROK.

This event is hosted by the Shenyang Municipal Bureau of Culture, Tourism, Radio and Television. It aims to comprehensively introduce Shenyang's history, culture, ecological resources and urban development to the ROK's tourism industry, business associations and the public, promote mutual tourist exchanges and industrial cooperation, and inject new impetus into China-ROK culture and tourism cooperation.

At the event site, with the theme of "Discovering the Beauty of Shenyang", the Shenyang Municipal Bureau of Culture, Tourism, Radio and Television promoted culture and tourism resources around history, culture, seasonal beauty, art, humanities, sports events and the Shenyang Metropolitan Area, and released a series of high-quality tourism routes of Shenyang including Four Seasons Tour, Industrial Tour, Health and Wellness Tour, and Culture Tour.At the same time, an invitation was sent to the participants, warmly inviting the ROK's entrepreneurs to visit Shenyang for business and investment, as well as the ROK's tourists to come and enjoy the beauty of Shenyang.

In addition, China Southern Airlines gave an on-site presentation regarding the launch of routes connecting Shenyang with Seoul and Busan, as well as offering complimentary round-trip tickets for travel between Seoul and Shenyang. Travel enterprises from both cities signed the "Mutual Tourist Exchange Cooperation Agreement", aiming to achieve a reciprocal exchange of 100,000 tourist visits in 2025.
