With the increasing popularity of "bathing consumption",the unique bathing culture makes the bath centers in Shenyang a popular destination for non-local tourists.

Recently, the Shenyang Metropolitan Area Consumer Rights Protection Alliance conducted a consumer satisfaction survey on bath centers. The survey covered seven cities and one zone including Shenyang, Anshan, Benxi, Fushun, Liaoyang, Tieling, Fuxin, and Shenfu Reform and Innovation Demonstration Zone. A total of 3,323 questionnaires were completed through targeted online push notifications and offline interviews.

This survey shows that 94.79% of consumers are satisfied with the overall situation of bath centers in the Shenyang Metropolitan Area. And bath centers in Shenyang have become the top choice for the majority of consumers to relax. Among the respondents, 99.34% have visited bath centers in Shenyang in the past year. The unique bath culture and the constantly innovative high-quality services have led the national bath consumption.

In addition, with the rise of dining services in bath centers, young people prefer to enjoy a hearty meal in bath centers. Data from an e-commerce platform shows that the search volume for buffet services in bath centers soared by 297% in 2024, and bath centers have become super-complexes that combine "food and socializing".
