This year's art festival covers various art categories such as opera, drama, acrobatics, quyi, dance, music, art and photography.On the basis of previous years, the art festival will attract more fashion art institutions, hold more avant-garde art activities, invite more domestic and foreign art masters, and gather more trendy art stars.

2023 Shenyang Art Festival will launch four major sections, over 10 themed units and more than 100 art activities to achieve "performances and activities held every day".

Stage art section: Major theaters, small theaters and various art performance spaces under the municipal jurisdiction will stage over 80 exciting plays in turns.

Exhibition and display section: Top domestic art exhibitions will gather in Shenyang, and popular themed events will ignite the artistic spark in Shenyang. During the activity, more than 20 exhibitions of various types will be launched.
