On July 3,the first national level postdoctoral research station of Shenyang Qipan Mountain was unveiled in Guangming Town.

The postdoctoral research station is the organization that is approved to recruit and train postdoctoral researchers within enterprises, research and production institutions and special regional institutions.The first national level postdoctoral research station of Shenyang Qipan Mountain unveiled in Guangming Town, has introduced 12 doctoral candidates and 59 master students through the cooperation with Shenyang Sinqi Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.

Guangming Town plans to build a "3+3+3" core industrial system: build three major scientific and technological infrastructures,namely, national eye gene pool, national eye health data cloud platform,ophthalmology and visual science equipment laboratory; build three public service platforms, namely, scientific research and development sharing platform, industrial acceleration service platform, and capital docking service platform; build three industrial parks, namely, ophthalmic medicine industrial park, ophthalmic medical equipment industrial park, and optometry and ophthalmology industrial park.

At present, there are two listed companies in the town, He Eye Specialist Hospital and Sinqi Pharmaceutical, which are also leading enterprises in the field of ophthalmology in China.
