At 8:00 p.m. on November 20,the large-scale cultural program of China Media Group,China in Poetry and Painting,was broadcast on CCTV-1.The program interprets classical paintings in an innovative combination form of "poetry and painting".

Dong Baohou,Deputy Curator of Liaoning Provincial Museum,showed and introduced the national treasure Court Ladies Adorning Their Hair with Flowers,and Shenyang Song and Dance Troupe vividly presented it to the audience across the country with dancing.

The Painting Court Ladies Adorning Their Hair with Flowers,now collected in Liaoning Provincial Museum,is a national first-class cultural relic.It is said that it was painted by Zhou Fang of the Tang Dynasty.It depicts the beautiful ladies enjoying flowers and garden in the Tang Dynasty.

In order to better cooperate with the display of this national treasure,Shenyang Song and Dance Troupe,at the invitation of CCTV,has "animated" this ancient famous painting with dancing.

Dou Qiang, head of Shenyang Song and Dance Troupe, said, "In order to perform the dance Court Ladies Adorning Their Hair with Flowers on the CCTV stage, we strive to restore the painting to every petal and leaf. We have highly restored many details in the painting."
