Shenyang's first manufacturing vertical OPC community launched

On August 19,the "Link X Co-Creation·Forge the Intelligent Future" Manufacturing AI Scenario Co-Creation Event took place at the Shenyang Antuo Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park.

At the event,the Antuo Link X OPC Ecosystem Community,Shenyang's first manufacturing vertical OPC community,was officially launched,with the first batch of 20 AI co-creation scenarios in the manufacturing unveiled simultaneously.

The Antuo Link X OPC Ecosystem Community was officially launched.

Focusing on the development needs of AI-native generation of super individuals, the Antuo Link X OPC Ecosystem Community delivers support in three dimensions: AI productivity, real-world industrial scenarios and a network of like-minded co-creation partners.

The community is driven by actual demand of the manufacturing sector to bridge industrial demand side with the AI innovation supply side. It establishes a collaborative mechanism of "enterprises raise questions, the community organizes initiatives, talents deliver solutions, scenarios conduct verification, and outcomes achieve commercialization".The community also provides services including technical toolkits, model computing power, project mentoring, resource matching and startup incubation. These offerings aim to help super individuals cut startup costs and boost project implementation efficiency, enabling them to engage in industrial innovation with reduced burdens.

Leveraging Shenyang's solid industrial foundation and abundant industrial resources, the community will host regular activities including manufacturing AI co-creation sessions and science & innovation coffee meetups.

The first batch of 20 AI co-creation scenarios in the manufacturing was unveiled simultaneously.

The newly-released co-creation scenarios target key manufacturing links: R&D and design, production optimization, quality management, equipment operation & maintenance, energy security, supply-chain collaboration, and business decision making. These scenarios cover application areas such as intelligent review of CAD drawings, intelligent production scheduling, AI visual quality inspection, predictive equipment maintenance, energy-consumption optimization, supply-chain demand forecasting, intelligent quotation and business analysis.

For open-ended scenarios, the community broadly brings together AI super individuals, tech enterprises, colleges, universities, research institutes and ecosystem partners. Through demand diagnosis, capability matching, joint solution development and proof of concept, it translates real-world problems arising from enterprises' production and operations into implementable and verifiable AI projects. This will help foster a portfolio of applicable, replicable and scalable intelligent manufacturing solutions.
