The latest data from Shenyang Customs shows that during the first quarter of this year,the number of China Railway (CR) Express train trips operated under its supervision reached 490,marking a 2.63-fold increase year on year.This ranks first in Northeast China and fourth nationwide.

Meng Xiangyu, the operation manager of Liaoning Chengzhi Trading Co., Ltd. said, "previously, when we shipped goods, some took the 'integrated customs declaration' process while others took the railway rapid customs clearance business mode. Goods of different declaration modes couldn't be loaded on the same train and we had to wait until a full trainload was assembled before departure. This wait could take anywhere from a few days to ten days or even half a month. Now, regardless of the declaration mode, all goods can be loaded onto one train and shipped together, and you can load them however you like. This has saved a significant amount of freight costs and also gained several days in time."

Lu Zhiyao, the head of the Second Supervision Section of Liaozhong Customs, introduced that in response to the issue raised by enterprises regarding the long period of good assembly, the customs has launched a "rapid customs clearance plus integrated customs declaration" mixed shipment model, which supports the co-shipment of goods with different declaration modes in the same train. In addition, they have implemented round-the-clock customs clearance services, allowing enterprises to declare at any time and customs to handle the procedures promptly. They also regularly visit enterprises to provide policy guidance, helping them standardize declarations and optimize logistics plans.
