Shenyang has launched cross-border e-commerce export operations for live pets.It is China's first shipment in this field.
On April 16, China's first export business for live pets declared under the 9710 cross-border e-commerce B2B direct export model was successfully cleared and released at the Northeast Asia Pet Trade Center in Sujiatun District, Shenyang, filling the gap in the domestic cross-border export operations for live pets.
Compared with the traditional trade model, the declaration process is simpler for exporting live pets through the 9710 cross-border e-commerce model. The appointment-based inspection system ensures the safety and rapid customs clearance for live pets. The customs clearance efficiency is higher than that of the traditional trade mode. This new mode is suitable for the characteristics of small batch and multiple shipments in the live pet export industry.
In addition, the first professional cross-border live pet storage and customs clearance site in Liaoning Province and the only one in Northeast China has been put into use. This place is built in accordance with the highest customs supervision standards, equipped with professional temperature control, fresh air, disinfection, dedicated breeding, monitoring and temporary breeding facilities. It can handle centralized management, centralized quarantine, centralized customs clearance and centralized shipment for live pets, providing key hardware support for the cross-border export for pets in Northeast China and even the whole country.
