Recently,the People's Government of Heping District and the China Liaoning International Cooperation (CLIC)signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement to jointly build the Liaoning International Cross-border E-commerce Industrial Park.

The CLIC is a leading enterprise in the field of foreign economic and technological cooperation in Liaoning Province. With over three decades of experience in international cooperation, it is one of the earliest enterprises in the province to engage in import and export business. It boasts rich industry experience and strong comprehensive strength.

Both sides will leverage their strengths to build a cross-border e-commerce industrial park that integrates platform empowerment, ecological aggregation and model innovation, and explore a new path of integrated development featuring digitalization, foreign trade and overseas warehouses.This industrial park is the first high-standard cross-border e-commerce industrial park project to be implemented in the province after the release of documents such as the "Action Plan for Accelerating the Development of Cross-border E-commerce in Liaoning Province" and the "Nine Policy Measures for Promoting High-quality Development of Cross-border E-commerce in Liaoning Province". It will inject strong impetus into the high-quality development of the province's foreign trade.

The CLIC will introduce a global business network and a full-chain foreign trade service system, and bring in leading industrial and service resources such as Jiangsu Soho International Group Corp., Made-in-China.com, and Alibaba International Station, to promote the early operation and effectiveness of the park, accelerate the formation of an industrial agglomeration effect, and strive to build a provincial-level demonstration benchmark for cross-border e-commerce industry.
